In Free Play mode, switch to a character who can go through small tunnels, then continue heading down the stone path where the glowing flowers were. In Free Play mode, switch to a character with super strength and jump onto the wooden bridge near the box of fish. On the right side of the platform, jump to grab a rope and slide across. Jump up to the roof, then follow the studs and jump across to a platform.
